City of Ukiah Municipal Pool Ukiah, California

The City of Ukiah enlisted Alameida Architecture with Aquatic Design Group to renovate their Municipal Pool complex.

The project budget was very limited so  the design team provided construction documents for phase one encompassing the renovation of their 25 yard pool and pool house. We also  provided a master planning for future phases to add water features and other amenities to the facility. Renovation of their larger pool would also be in a future phase.

The 25 yard pool was leaking a substantial amount of water so the renovation was a major restoration including the addition of walk-in steps for improved and safer entry.

The pool house restrooms undertook a complete exterior and interior modernization including ADA improvements.
