Grace Hudson Elementary School Ukiah, California

The Grace Hudson Elementary School is a new school for the Ukiah Unified School District. Located in the southern portion of town, this school houses Kindergarten through 5th Grade classes. The completion of the project allowed the decommissioning of many aging modular classrooms throughout the District.

The project utilizes energy efficient centralized heating and cooling plant, which added to the complexity of construction process. In the long term, it will benefit the District in reduced operating cost and provide institutional quality and reliability.
