Ukiah High School Modernization, Phase II Ukiah, California

In 2005, Alameida Architecture wrote a bond proposal for Ukiah Unified School District to renovate its high school originally constructed in 1977. This effort resulted in $42 million dollars in local bond funds. In addition, Alameida Architect secured $7 million in state bond funds.

On behalf of Ukiah High School, Alameida Architecture contracted AXIA Architects to be the design architects while Alameida Architecture manages the $50 million dollar project in three phases.
