Ukiah Unified School District New District Service Center
Alameida Architecture as project manager worked for over a year prior to the State’s dissolution of Redevelopment Agencies to secure $4 Million dollars of redevelopment funds, identify a site and purchase the property for the project. We worked closely with the Community, both in favor and opposed, to the project for a positive outcome.
Alameida Architecture managed every aspect of the project from inception through completion. Alameida Architecture provided dual services as project manager and architect allowing for a tight budget be strictly maintained through the project completion.
Alameida Architecture as with most of their projects coordinated securing power, gas, telephone, data, alarm and FF&E services in conjunction with construction.
