Oak Manor Elementary School Modernization, Phases I & II Ukiah, California
Ukiah Unified School District renovated each classroom at Oak Manor Elementary School with new finishes including tack boards, whiteboards and storage cabinets. The school was outfitted with an electrical upgrade and integrated data communications. Clock-Speaker Telephone system was provided and a new fire alarm system installed. The addition of ADA student and staff restrooms was also within the scope of work.
Under Alameida Architecture’s guidance, the school was substantially completed in 40 days for school to open on time. In the long term, it will benefit the district in reduced operating cost and provide institutional quality and reliability.
